Welcome! The Pennsylvania Nut Growers Association (PNGA) is a non-profit educational organization to encourage the planting and propagation of edible nut trees.

heartnutsOrganized in 1932, this is our 77th year.

We invite you to browse the nut growing information, recipes, links to nurseries and growers where you may obtain tree seedlings of all of the nuts grown in Pennsylvania. These include black walnuts, almonds, Carpathian walnuts, pecans, hazel nuts, hickory, and chestnuts. You may also become a member of the PNGA and you may ask questions of our membership at the click of a button.
